Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: Limited Access

DO NOT ATTEND YOUR DOCTORS' SURGERY. ACCESS IS LIMITED.

From 23rd March, any queries in relation to the Coronavirus should be directed to NHS24 by dialling 111. They are now open day and night. Callers will be assessed by clinicians to ensure you get the best possible advice at the right time. NHS inform website is still the fastest way for you to get the latest health advice information.

If you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer, please visit https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note  for further guidance.

The Surgery is now only dealing with emergency requests for appointments for patients who do not have any coronavirus symptoms and this is by telephone triage only. All routine appointments have been suspended. All prescriptions are being sent directly to the chemist of your choice. Please advise staff when phoning or add a note to the online request. Please leave 3 working days before collecting from the pharmacy. They are extremely busy.
