Appointments at the Surgery - We are not booking routine face to face appointments

This surgery is open during normal hours for all non-Coronavirus contacts by telephone. Patients are asked to telephone between 8:30am and 10:30am, Monday – Friday, and they will be added to the triage list for that day. If it is deemed suitable, and safe, an appointment may be arranged with the Clinician. The Clinician will be wearing full PPE during the consultation. If an appointment is arranged, do not attend early as you will be asked to wait outside until your appointment time and only the patient, unless impossible, will be allowed entry.  A video consultation might be arranged instead. The Clinician will decide which is most suitable. Click this link for the instructions on how to access a pre-arranged video consultation.

We have a Mental Health Practitioner and a Community Link Worker working with us with telephone appointments. If you need advice, feel stressed or anxious, or have employment concerns. We can arrange a call back. Just phone and ask for an appointment.

If your query is not urgent please phone and ask the receptionist for a routine telephone slot. We can arrange these over the course of the coming weeks.

ALL PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE OR ONLINE VIA THIS WEBSITE and all prescriptions are being sent to a pharmacy of your choice for collection and allow up to 5 days for collection at the pharmacy (please add the pharmacy of your choice in the additional information box).
