Please be available for the call back at the time stated. Due to demand on our services we are not able to continually telephone patients who have missed their arranged time and it then results in the telephone lines being backed up with return callers, causing frustration for all. This also impacts on the next patient awaiting contact. Please cancel pre-booked telephone appointments if you no longer need them. Another patient can benefit from this.
