From 17th May 2021, we are asking patients to use the eConsult programme as the first point of patient contact. This is available via this webpage. Please complete an eConsult and a Clinician with get back to you within one working day. Parents can complete on behalf of their child. The eConsult system will be available Monday – Friday 8am-7pm but not during Public Holidays. A small number of routine telephone appointments are available. The reception staff cannot offer telephone appointments where they do not have them, so if you cannot wait for the next available routine telephone appointment, you will be advised to use eConsult. Requests for test results, fit notes and admin letters should also be done via eConsult.

Urgent on the day issues can be taken over the telephone between 8.30am and 10.30am only and they will be triaged. The Triage Nurse will decide if it is suitable for the patient to be seen at the surgery and with which clinician. Be prepared to give the telephonist brief details and a contact number. You may receive a call from us via a withheld number so be prepared to accept the call.

Entry to the Health Centre will continue to be by Buzzer. Please wait for a member of staff to invite you in. Prescriptions will continue to be sent to your choice of Pharmacy.

Isolation Notes are available online from NHS 111, if you are self-isolating and need a note for your employer.

Patients will be able access their COVID-19 Vaccination status online, by logging on to For those patients unable to access the information online they can call the freephone COVID Status Helpline to request their vaccination status which will be sent to them in the post. The freephone number is 0808 196 8565. GP Practices are not able to give patients this information.
