We ask that patients use the eConsult programme for non urgent contacts. This is available via this webpage. Please complete an eConsult and a Clinician with get back to you within one working day. Parents can complete on behalf of their child. The eConsult system will be available Monday – Friday 8am-7pm but not during Public Holidays. A number of routine telephone appointments are available to book in advance with GPs and ANPs. We also have some extended access, bookable in advance telephone appointments, with our ANP’s available at 8am for those people who are working.
Requests for test results, fit notes and admin letters should also be done via eConsult – admin request.
Urgent on the day issues can be taken over the telephone between 8.30am and 10.30am only and they will be triaged. The Triage Nurse will decide if it is suitable for the patient to be seen at the surgery and with which clinician. Be prepared to give the telephonist brief details and a contact number. You may receive a call from us via a withheld number so be prepared to accept the call.
Prescriptions can be requested via this website 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week, or by telephoning after 11am Monday – Friday. We only deal with triage calls before this time. Prescriptions are sent to your choice of Pharmacy. Please leave 7 days for collection from they pharmacy and the GP practice is not responsible for any dispensing delays. Please discuss with your chosen pharmacy.
